Duties & Responsibilities :-
• Develop and implement creative social media content strategies.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with the Giganet voice and goals.
• Monitor social media trends and leverage new tools and features to optimize content.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Foster a strong online community through conversations, polls, and interactive content.
• Report on key social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Manage social media calendars to ensure a consistent posting schedule across all channels.
Requirement:-
· Education:
1- Bachelor’s degree in Business and communication or a related field preferred.
Experience:
1-Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing social media .
2-Creativity and the ability to develop unique, innovative content ideas.
3-Familiarity with social media management tools
