Sales Key Account Manager

 We’re looking for a customer need-driven Sales Key Account Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every key customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Job Description:

  • Handle all relationships with the key reseller accounts meeting revenue objectives and meeting customer needs by handling all customer requests and follow-up and ensure 100% Availability of answering calls and inquiries from customers.

  • Follow-up with key customers with outbound calls and visits on regular basis to listen to their feedback, complaints to reach optimum satisfaction.

  • Handle answering all client inquiries at all times.

  • Handle Conversion points from competition companies to our company.

  • Follow-up key customers growth and escalate if support needed to reach planned growth for each.

  • Provide after-sales follow-up for new key customers and handle their objections.

  • Update CRM system with all new data for each key customer.

  • Recording all statistics “upgrading, downgrading, new points, stopped points and payments” on sheets and collect them into a monthly statistic to ensure a proper reporting system.

  • Monitor Daily the Tickets of the assigned customers and follow up on escalation of issues for the customers with the support department ensuring the highest customer satisfaction, following up on client’s different requests upgrade, downgrade, and open new points installation milestones from CRM point of view.

  • Field visits to key customers in many provinces and territories

  • Submit requested reports to Management


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in sales ( ISP Field).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent
