Responsibilities

 

  • Manages the Technical Support employees.

  • Manages the Technical Support Team shifts schedule and coordination with HR.

  • Trains the Technical Support Team.

  • Manages and follows-up the communication skills of Technical Support Team members.

  • Supervisions Technical Support team in honoring Giganet standards.

  • Organize monitoring systems and tools that the Technical Support Team may need.

  • Manages the workflow within the department.

  • Sharing weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.

  • Sharing team KPIs reports with the HR Department quarterly.

 


Must-Have

    • Education:

     Bachelor degree in Communications, Computer science or related

    • Experience:

    Minimum four (3) years in Telecommunication, ISP field.

    • Skills:

    •     Good command in English.

    •     Good command in MS office.

    •     Good Time Management skills. 

    •     Good leadership skills
