Manages the Technical Support Team shifts schedule and coordination with HR.
Trains the Technical Support Team.
Manages and follows-up the communication skills of Technical Support Team members.
Supervisions Technical Support team in honoring Giganet standards.
Organize monitoring systems and tools that the Technical Support Team may need.
Manages the workflow within the department.
Sharing weekly and monthly reports to the direct manager.
Sharing team KPIs reports with the HR Department quarterly.

Good command in English.
Good command in MS office.
Good Time Management skills.
Good leadership skills
Bachelor degree in Communications, Computer science or related
Minimum four (3) years in Telecommunication, ISP field.
